YEAR 8 OUTWARD BOUND RESIDENTIAL VISIT – Adventure and Challenge Course
Our year 8 students travel to Aberdovey in Snowdonia, Wales for 5 days. Students may participate in the following activities: canoe/kayak or schooner on the estuary; gorge walking; rock scrambling; combat crawl; abseiling; Jacobs's ladder; mountain walk; overnight camp and experience the great outdoors. Students learn about themselves and others through listening, taking responsibility and learning to respect the natural environment. They will set personal goals, review their action plans and celebrate their achievements.
All travel, accommodation, meals, instruction, specialist clothing and equipment are included in the cost.
