Ecstatic Eleanor
Posted at 9:10 am on 10th October, 2018
Eleanor Ross, Highfield Primary School Year 6 pupil, was ecstatic when she won Flixton Girls School Open Evening Fun Trail Competition.
Following another hugely successful whole school Open Evening, Eleanor’s Fun Trail card was selected at random, to win a great prize.
As part of the Open Evening activities, all students who attended were asked to simply have their Fun Trail Card marked in each department, where they participated in an activity. Completed cards were then handed to staff before leaving the premises, to be in with a chance of winning a Trafford Centre Voucher.
Eleanor was presented with her Trafford Centre Voucher by House Captains Laura Kasongo and Breanna Bradshaw. Eleanor said ‘I absolutely love Flixton Girls School and can’t wait to start in year 7, next September. I’m looking forward to using the science labs and dance studio; I’m a keen dancer. Flixton is my first and only choice of secondary school!
Mrs. Ross Parent said: ‘Eleanor spent her prize on slime ingredients from WHSmith, so she could continue her science knowledge at home!’
