Hooray For Harriette

Hariette Jones, St Michael’s School Year 6 pupil, held her own when she won Flixton Girls School Open Evening Fun Trail Competition prize.

Following another hugely successful whole school Open Evening earlier this ter, Harriette’s Fun Trail card was picked at random, winning the competition prize of a Trafford Centre Voucher.

As part of the Open Evening activities, all students who attended were asked to simply get their Fun Trail Card stamped in each department, where they took part in an activity. Upon exiting the school, at the end of their visit, they just had to hand in their completed card for a chance to win. 

Harriette was presented with her prize by House Captains Ammal Shahid, Katie Scotson and Esme Williams. Harriette said ‘Thankyou; I really enjoyed the Open Evening, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed all the different activities that were available in the classrooms; especially the sporting ones. I would love to be part of Flixton Girls and hope to be able to join them from September 2018.'
