Wellbeing Wednesday

Flixton Girls School is furthering its programme of health and well-being with a student led ‘Well-being Wednesday’ event on Wednesday 10th May 6-8pm.
Led by students for their peers, relatives, staff and ex-students; the event will provide activities such as food demonstrations, family rounders, netball / tennis sessions and fitness classes. Everyone is welcome to attend –SAVE THE DATE and watch out for more information via email, social media and on the website.
Kay Statham, Sports Development Manager at FGS, comments: “This event follows our year 9 students’ participation in ‘Girls Active Camp’, in conjunction with Youth Sport Trust. The aim of which is to promote more physical activity and enhanced well-being for all our students, staff and members of the wider community.”
